Has anyone ever had issues with their smartwatch irritating their wrist? My skin is very dry so that probably doesn’t help. Tried it on the right wrist and it is irritating it also. I left it off last night and put it back on this morning. Had to take it off in less than an hour.

I had an issue with my Apple Watch 2 years ago. It left a small burn on my wrist under the sensor. I went to the Apple Store and they took the watch to run some diagnostics then gave it back and told me there was nothing wrong with it. They offered me $100 to put towards a new watch. So I called customer service and they sent me a brand new watch. I’ve had no problems.

Hello team! Happy Sunday. Here are my weekly numbers @lindamtuck2018:

    User: rwillems
    Weigh-in day: Sunday
    PW: 278.6 lbs
    CW: 282.2 lbs (up 3.6 lbs. 🙁)

As you can see, I continue to struggle up one week, down the next, then back up again. Clearly, I need to change focus. What had been working so well in the past just isn’t working for me anymore (or at least at the moment). Oh well, the struggle goes on. Well, I did get some “good news” this week…I celebrated my 9th year as a member of MyFitnessPalpal this week. Thanks, I will pass on the ice cream and cake!

What is one thing you can change for the coming week? Happy 9 years!

Its some kind of contact rash I think. It’s driving me crazy not wearing it. I am using hydrocortisone cream so hopefully it clears it up soon.

I was pretty good at remembering to put my phone in my pocket yesterday. I did all my mini walking before lunch. My back/leg always gets worse as the day goes on so I try to do this regularly. I break my steps into mini goals. I have a certain number of steps that I have to reach by 10, 12 and 2. If I accomplish the mini goals then I can usually reach my step goal.

I am waiting to hear the pool temperature before I decide if I am going. I went I believe on Friday and it was so cold I got out.

    Have a great Monday!

Dealing with triggers can be difficult to navigate. What are some things you could do besides overeating.

I was pushing to get 6,000 steps yesterday. I probably did as there were a couple of times I forgot to put my phone in my pocket. I have my injections this morning. My back is really bothering me today so if I get enough relief from my injections I will do some mini walks.

    Have a great day! 😃

    Question

For some of the team, Thanksgiving is on Thursday. What will be your approach to Thanksgiving dinner? If you are not celebrating Thanksgiving, just use the next big celebration whether it’s a birthday, anniversary or Christmas.

@lindamtuck2018 I have been adding steps for the last couple weeks, hoping to lose a little extra before the big day (I did not). I am going to enjoy myself, but not got back for seconds. Not beat myself up (that's the hardest part) ,and then just get back to it on Friday.
