I had a rough week, and made some terrible calls.

I am really pleased with my numbers this week, but I really think something odd happened last week. I was down all week then on Saturday and Sunday I was suddenly up 1.5 lbs! Monday of this week I was back down again and have been making small but steady progress all week. I am not complaining, just thought it strange. I know during the summer I was getting a lot of strange readings but that was because I had to use different scales, weigh in at different times, settings were different and, of course, food intake was much more difficult to monitor. Kind of shows that you can’t let yourself be defeated by a couple of bad scale readings. Progress is made slowly over time.
Oh well, as I said, I am not complaining and the progress has been slow but steady in the right direction! Have a great week everyone.

I was happy with my walking yesterday. Today is a pool kind of day. My bad eating the last week has caught up to me on the scale. I will be eating out again this week as I am going away for the night again.2 -

I am not surprised, well actually I am surprised it wasn't more. I stressed ate Thursday and Friday and spent 6 hours in a truck on Saturday.

I spent the weekend in DC with some friends. One of whom has just been diagnosed with breast cancer. It was really nice to be together and spend some time talking and being there for one another. I didn't get much exercising done but I was mindful of what I was eating and drinking.1 -
