Darn, you’re always thousands of steps ahead of me! Good job.

    @prodigal6766 It's what I do! LOL! - I'm on a mission to get 2,024 miles in 2024 (I completed the 2,023 in 2023 last year).

I love Leslie Sansone walking dvd's ...I am sure you can find them on Youtube....

@Megan_smartiepants1970 and @rainyrae You can absolutely find Leslie on Youtube - I use her a lot when the weather isn't cooperating. Link below. I also like the Get Fit with Rick walking videos (and he's good to look at - LOL)

    Hello, weightless family,

Hope all is good. Congrats to all who lost weight this week.

I had a rough week, and made some terrible calls.

Feeling much better today and looking forward to better achievements this week.

    Good morning!

    Weigh In Day: Sunday
    PW: 276.4 lbs
CW: 273.2 lbs (down 3.2 lbs)

I am really pleased with my numbers this week, but I really think something odd happened last week. I was down all week then on Saturday and Sunday I was suddenly up 1.5 lbs! Monday of this week I was back down again and have been making small but steady progress all week. I am not complaining, just thought it strange. I know during the summer I was getting a lot of strange readings but that was because I had to use different scales, weigh in at different times, settings were different and, of course, food intake was much more difficult to monitor. Kind of shows that you can’t let yourself be defeated by a couple of bad scale readings. Progress is made slowly over time.

Oh well, as I said, I am not complaining and the progress has been slow but steady in the right direction! Have a great week everyone.

    Rick

Very nice loss! Its important to look at the big picture.

I was happy with my walking yesterday. Today is a pool kind of day. My bad eating the last week has caught up to me on the scale. I will be eating out again this week as I am going away for the night again.

    Weigh In Day: Monday
    PW 223.0 (P)
    CW 218.8

I spent the weekend in DC with some friends. One of whom has just been diagnosed with breast cancer. It was really nice to be together and spend some time talking and being there for one another. I didn't get much exercising done but I was mindful of what I was eating and drinking.

Just popping by to say I’m dropping out and all of the challenges I’m in as life is too complicated at present to commit to ant team efforts.
Maybe someday I’ll get back to a more settled regime and mindset and join again
