I would like to join the Step Challenge. For my daily goal I'll start with 6000 steps a day. Does this go from Sunday till Saturday? I mean posting my 7 days result on Sunday morning?1 -

Glad you want to join the step Challenge ... I will always post on Sunday's of the people's steps I need ...You will be starting on 2/25 and ending on March 2nd1 -

Woke up with a bad headache so I went back to sleep until 10am. I haven’t stopped since I got up organizing closets, drawers and the room for my granddaughter. She is all organized and has the room to her liking. I did more heavy lifting than I should’ve so I am about to have a date with the tens machine and heating pad. I am counting the organizing as exercise. I put it down as 60 minutes even though I was at it for about 3 hours.

In Week Three, it looks like the Downsizers really dug in and went for it! Also a huge congrats to the Mission Slimpossibles and Waistaways for jumping up over 10% from week two to week three!

That’s what I’m talking about! I was out of town Saturday, so this is a Sunday weigh-in. A bit of a surprising loss, seeing as how I pigged out on BBQ Brisket ( I was in Austin, TX) and hotel food, and airport food. I will have to check my scale. I did not even log my food for two days because I was so sloppy. Oh well, yay for me!I will be back to Saturday this week.3 -

Very nice! Those travelling can be a big surprise. I think overall we move more when visiting somewhere so that can be a big help. I love beef brisket . My son smoked one for us the summer and it was delicious.@lindamtuck2018

I am paying today for all the moving and lifting yesterday. Today will be a rest day. I got my February badge completed yesterday. I wonder what March’s will be? Here are my last two badges earned: February monthly and a competition badge. I actually beat my granddaughter.
