Hi Downsizers! I'm ejnxyz. I've been an mfp friend of Megan's for a long time. She always lets us know when this group is starting each month. I thought I'd join the ride!
I live north of Denver, CO. Ski/Run/Hike/work out/mostly Vegan. I had a shred related injury last year and had surgery 2/1/24. I'm in great shape, lol, just rehabbing away over here in my little part of the world.
Goals - rehab first priority, tight 1300 cal or less. Goal: NOT GAIN any wgt, I should be back swimming again by the end of the month. I'm at 135 - but need to get knock off 3 pounds by summer, goal for March is 134. I'm on a life time dieting plan

I walked to the drugstore and market. My husband was supposed to pick us up but my granddaughter made me walk home. I am happy with my steps. I still have the stupid sinus headache but I am going to the concert in Niagara Falls. I have been looking forward to it. See you tomorrow.

How on earth is it March already? What the heck! I had a pretty great weekend. I went to see a friend sing with her Bulgarian chorus on Friday night and then spent Sunday at a beautiful campground in New Jersey. The weather was really lovely yesterday.

@lindamtuck2018 Sounds like your granddaughter might be a good step influence! (Although those additional snacks hanging about would certainly be challenging!) I hope you enjoy that concert very much!

I did terrible with my goals last week. Some of it I can blame on the headaches but the rest was all me. I hope to have a better week. I still have a headache and my sinuses are worse. I am walking today and I am going to walk to the drugstore and the supermarket across the street. My husband will come get me if I am in too much pain to walk back.
