    Day 3
    2 minutes walking
1 minute stepping forward then stepping backwards with legs wider and out to the side
1 minute legs apart stepping tapping and twist body as you tap for waist workout
1 minute knees up and arms reaching up elbows to knees as the come up( hope this makes sense)

These may get a bit boring so add any you think might be better but at least it gets us moving well that was my hope doing it to music is good and I was keeping it short it you could do longer ones if you want.

I am getting better at drinking more water finally

Hope your both keeping.h on track.

Thanks again Ann. When I have to walk in the house it is so boring, but these routines make it more fun.

    Day 4
    2 minutes walking
1 minute punching to left and right twist body and leg and tap toe as you twist.
1 minute stepping 2 steps left and then 2 steps right clap hands as after the 2 steps and tap toe.
    1 minute dancing

Remember you can increase the minutes if you want, I kept them at 5 minutes total but you can do more if you feel like it.

I plan to eat strawberries, orange and a pear today.

    Have a good day!

Ann, your walking plans were so much fun and easy to do. Thank you so much. I hope you keep challenging us. The fruit reminders are so helpful.

Veggies are easy for me. What is hard is NOT eating cookies. :D
Thank for the challenges, Ann. You are lighting a fire under me.
Cat, hoping for your continued improvement.
