Not good put on a pound but I guess its Easter eggs and cake.
I must try to be a good girl but with kids giving me 3 big eggs it's hard.

Thank you Ann. I may not be able to do much, but at least I am moving five minutes a day. Some days, I do it twice

I am glad I am trying to make them fairly easy so it just gets us moving.

Yesterday, I found myself doing Ann’s moves throughout the day. Waiting on tea water to boil, sidestep til the water rolls. Go to the bathroom, march in place while washing hands. Walk through the dining room, wall pushups on the empty wall space ten times. Walk to the mailbox, swing my arms and hope the neighbors arent looking. Whatever I can remember from your daily plans, i can scatter here and there whenever I think of it. I hope to make this a habit.
Today I start tracking again. Taking my five year old granddaughter on a shopping and lunch date. There will be plenty of walking around Target😂
