I will walk a 5 K and sometime, accidentally a 10, but no running for me. Visited the Botanical Garden today and did just over a 5K.

I have been having a sneaky look at my weight most days but this weigh in today is what the scales are showing, not an average for the week, as I thought I may do but in hindsight it wouldn’t work as I forget to do it every day! I’m pleased with this weigh in 👍🥳.

A 15:36 pace is FAST especially if you were mostly walking, you were hustling! I was at around 16min-ish pace when I mostly walked my 5k and I thought I was moving out 😂

Saturday it SNOWED here knocking out all of my outdoor plans. Sunday was cold and drizzly. I did get a bunch of projects done at home, but not as many steps as I’d hoped.

@BodyTalking - We absolutely could have informal partnerships in here. Is there a particular way you'd like to see that done? Like pitting two people with very similar step-counts into a frenemy kind of situtation? Or setting a step goal that the two of you, combined, need to reach? Or...? Let me know your thoughts.1 -
