@Kurtize, Awww on another little joining the family!!! Ours is also MORE BOYS than girls. My GD wanted to try for a girl again, but I HOPE SHE DOES NOT!! She almost died having Matteo!! NO WAY can my poor heart go through that again!! She lost a severe amount of blood. We hit 81 today, OH MY!! From the high 50s and low 60s to suddenly in the 80s is INSANE!!! HOWEVAH that saying is NOT insane, but helps to retain our sanity!!

Hi all! It's friday night...not sure how good the scale will be to me tomorrow. Less movement for me this week between my grandma's funeral and my younger daughter being off school yesterday and today. Hoping to sneak a run in tomorrow.
@Tabatha_Cain -aw thx so much. That's awesome your grandma was your best friend . My mom told me that my cousin's best friend was my grandma-I feel so bad for my cousin. My grandma had dementia for 5-6 years-that had to be so hard for my cousin and grandma. And thx for well wishes for her knee. We went to the dr today-they ordered an MRI and said my daughter only has to wear the brace (that she started wearing last week b/c they told her to)...now knee is feeling better lol. And yay about the new job! It sounds perfect!

Beginning my day with a 45 min walk before breakfast.
Off today so going to the cemeteries later this morning then home for Pliability: Back Side and 60 min walk after dinner/before church.

@Dianedoessmiles1 - A lot of people in my other groups are not getting why I changed jobs. I am glad you get it. The less stress the less Fibro flares that happen. I won't have to take muscle relaxers to function during the day. At least that is the plan. Thank you for understanding the struggle. Yes this is a great week. I need to drink more water. Could not have come at a better time.
@bookieNJ - I am sure you will be alright for the weigh in. I am glad they did an MRI of her knee. Growing up I was diagnosed with Patellar Tendonitis in both my knees. They had me wear braces during marching band and I had exercises I had to do. If they give her exercises make sure she does them faithfully. I did not and my knees hurt a lot now that I am older.

@Tabatha_Cain , any plans over the long weekend? You know mine!! TOmorrow is the last day of the convention. Though I'm tired, it's a GREAT TIRED!! I did watch by the stream today, tomorrow I will attend at least a half day in person (I live 10 mins away from the civc center WOOHOO) maybe the entire day. I totally get the LESS STRESS the better!! If it affects fibro well hey, it can't hurt!!

@Dianedoessmiles1 -today i think it got up to 78 but felt a lot warmer. My exercise was moving bags of mulch for hubby! Maybe tomorrow i'll run but i think i have more bags of mulch (really good deal on it-only this weekend)

@Patti241 What did you do today? I had a convention this weekend, it was FANTASTIC!! I feel so uplifted and wonderful. This is what makes my life worth the while. Monday I plan onbeing a SLUG as I recover from such a busy weekend. Well, I'll exercise of course, and clean the house, but that's ALL I am planning on. Oh and snuggling with the 2 cats. LOL
@Kurtize, HAPPY to see you!! I know the storms last night in TX were hard hitting!! Oh my!!! I love that quote. If you aim to low it's to low, aim to high great target!! Not all arrows reach the target and that's OKAY we keep on trying. Its why there are so many arrows when practice shooting them!! I did that as a kid, it was actually very fun!! I hope you are all doing well this morning. Today is Monday. It is weird not going to work today. I think at this point I don't really want to go to my current job. Especially tomorrow. I want to go to my new job. I am excited to start my new job on June 10th. That makes me really happy to think about.

@Dianedoessmiles1 - Joe and I went on a motorcycle ride on Saturday, yesterday because it was looking like it was going to rain we actually just did some door dashing, and today I am not sure what we are going to do. It is suppose to be chilly out today. So I don't think we are going to do much of anything. I swear that we were told the weather was supposed to be super nice for this weekend. I feel we got lied to.
@bookieNJ - Good luck with the MRI. I hope they can figure out what is going on with her knee.

Happy Memorial Day. Our community where I live had a flag raising ceremony, we said the pledge of allegiance and played the national anthem. It was very moving. There was also a fly over by the Panhandle War Birds. My video didn't come out good. I know our handy man for the park was taking pictures and will up load to face book and will let you know when. It is warm today 91. Slight breeze
which helps. Tomorrow is my eye dr. appt. Other than that nothing new or exiting going one here.

@Tabatha_Cain , LOL It's ALWAYS a challenge to continue with work after giving a notice, yet when we do, hey, we may need a positive review later on and when we quit, my GD found this out (THE FOOL I told her NOT DO THAT, but she REFUSED to listen!) she's applied for a new job. They checked with her current (well she's done, but is on a FML without pay so it's not official) they checked with the job b4 this one and YUP BAD review because she didnt work out her notice! Now they had LOVED her so much at that job, but YO!! A supervisor who didn't know her didn't like that. It's a HARD CALL!! Sometimes we end up being treated badly because we are leaving. BLLAHHHHH what to do huh? I am so sorry today you feel like you weren't told the truth about the weather. Here it's NASTY and I am LOVING IT!!! i am not at all tempted to go out. Instead i am relaxing and cleaning. It looks pretty amazing here, I finally did some deep cleaning today I've been putting off!! It looks so good. Some will say "you are ocd" with cleaning, but I really like it clean. Its more organized.

@Aalley5, How did it go? I NEED to start to attend classes online with Silver Sneakers! It's easy enough!! Today i felt to lazy, and yet I've done 70 mins of intentional exercise, and almost have in my steps, I will very soon.

I hope you are all doing well this morning. Today is Tuesday and I am hoping that things will go well today. My boss is in the office today and she is just back from vacation. So today she will just now be reading my resignation letter. I am sure she is going to call me into her office and not be too nice about anything, but we will see. She might try to get me to stay. I am not staying though.
@aalley5 - Oh I did not like the cold and rainy at all this weekend. I literally got 1 motorcycle ride out of the whole weekend, and no kayaks which is the other thing we were going to go do this weekend.
@Kurtize - That sounds very moving. The town we were in had a parade. It was very nice. I would have loved to have it be 91 outside. We had 64 and rain. Sometimes around 59 and rain. Not fun because I could not kayak at all.
@Dianedoessmiles1 - It is a toss up. I am going to miss the travel side of things, but this new job is a better opportunity. I will finish out my notice, but they may not allow me to. I heard that sometimes they escort you out if you are going to another insurance company that way you cannot try and steal customers. It just depends. So we will see.

It's afternoon already where I am! In the woods, cloudy and wet! I look forward to the heat in Florida, but am thrilled to see the grandkids.
@Tabatha_Cain - It's good you got at least one ride in. Sounds like Florida is hot hot hot, I do not like riding when it's like that either. The granddaughter did get her first kayak lesson and liked it.

@Kurtize, I hadn't remembered you enjoy kayaking!! I LOVE It, but do not do it hardly any more. I will be though in NY if I recall there are a few of them for us. I also enjoy canoeing. Kinda the same and yet different. ALWAYS wear a life jacket! I am SURE YOU DO!!

Hi all happy Tuesday. We are under a thunder storm watch rather that then tornado watch. Where our daughter and granddaughter live (east Texas) they have had terrible rain storm, tornados, no power. Not fun. The eye Dr appt went well. They are setting me up with an appt. with a ophthalmologist to have my cataracts removed. @Dianedoessmiles1 I have never kayaking, if I mentioned that my computer must of over corrected and thought that was want I wanted. I would love too but I do have a bit of a fear of the water. Trying to think if anything else is going on. I do need to get myself organized, I have been so off. Good Morning Airport Friends:
I hope you are all doing well this morning. Today is Wednesday and I cannot believe the week is half gone already. Who would have thought that Holiday would help things out. My boss did not show up yesterday. So I am still working AAA. She said she has an emergency appt today is GR at her eye doctor and then she will be in our office tomorrow. At which time she wants to have a discussion with me. I am really nervous about confrontation. So that really scares me. I hope it goes well. I mean I am not changing my mind. I am going to my new job. So we will see how that goes.
@aalley5 - I am thankful for my first motorcycle ride of the season. I have never kayaked before so I am eager to learn. That video looks like a good workout.
@Dianedoessmiles1 - I was thinking they would have to pay me, but a coworker says they don't pay you for your time they kick you out. They will just give you any owed PTO which is only like 1.5 hours for me. It is not a lot. So I would have to get a hold of my new employer and get working with them right away.
@Kurtize - I am glad you are getting your cataract corrected. That is good. We will be wearing life vests when we kayak. It is definitely a rule.
