Thanks for the excused week last week..
Had a very early 4.30am start this morning to pick daughter up from uni - but determined not to forget my weigh in again ! 🤣
Weigh in day: Saturday (new day)
PW:145.7
CW: 144.5
Obviously, that was 2 weeks of weight loss as no weigh in last week but happy with that loss!..again, slower than others but (hopefully) I can keep these small losses consistent to add up to bigger numbers. Consistency is key, I keep telling myself!3 -
Hmmm...it is Saturday morning and I seem to be mussing steps posts from two people (not counting myself) for 6/9-6/15, maybe 3...

About half of us walked more and half of us walked less this week, with @ljdanny walking within 300 steps of what she did last week. Not sure what all that means but it is interesting.

Lol, I was at 80.6 yesterday but 81 is still heading in the right direction. Funnily enough, I noticed my recent increase started after the doc stopped my rheumatoid arthritis medication 🤷♀️
Anyway, I ve been walking through the pain and even got up early today to do exercises - trying to get down onto and up from the floor was fun 😰.
I got checked for a blood clot on Friday (I'm clear) and got the confirmation that I have a Baker's cyst (had it before but the meds kept it at bay). More tests to be done before I can get properly medicated again. It has been a real struggle and I had forgotten how energy draining this pain can be.

I didn't reach my 7k goal on Friday because my leg was really painful and I was totally exhausted. Also, I worked from home and had the doc visit.0 -
I didn't go out to absorb the Summer Solstice evening sun this year but here's a photo from five years ago (the last time I did this).
I woke up early today, after only 3½ hours sleep, and stood in the corner of the window to grab the 10 minute slither of morning sunshine that we get (North facing windows) and let the bright light and warmth properly wake me up. I mediated and did an hour of exercises and now I feel great.

I’m still using Trello for my to do lists. So far, I’m liking it a lot. When I use it, it helps keep me on track and productive and reminds me of all the big (and little) things I’d forgotten about.1 -
