Excellent advice which I intend to follow.

Sharing one of my oldest recipes for Green Goddess samdwiches.
I make it with greek yogurt instead of mayo. I have no idea how to figure calories on this, do you?

Sounds delicious.
Calories are easy to figure out in MFP. Select the food tab. Selelct Recipe. Select Enter recipe manually.
Enter the name of your recipe, number of servings it makes, and then list the ingredients and amounts one by one. When you're finished, select match ingredients.
If everything looks right, save the recipe. It will calculate the calories and nutritional information for you. The recipe will be saved in your recipe tab, and every time you eat a sandwich, you can log it easily.

Down 1.0 from two weeks ago.
Don’t ask me how😂
Great job Randi!
Ley’s aim for another half pound for next Monday. Let’s also do a challenge to do something peaceful for 20 minutes every day….take a walk, read a book, nap, listen to music….do something calming.
What do you think?1 -
Yay, Cat! I'm in for the 20 minutes of peace.0
-
Ugh. Really bad day eating=wise. I'll do better tomorrow.0
-
Ate half of the Halloween candy I got for trickortreaters 😬0
-
I have been having my 30 minutes of peace. Intentional and lovely escape from the chaos of moving1
-
We had 0 trick-or-treaters last year, so we did not buy candy this year.1

Took me three days to clean the kitchen in the townhouse we bought. I dont think it had been touched since 1982. Seriously.
Wonder how many calories all that scrubbing burned.
Still much packing to do and cleaning both houses.
I am so so tired.0 -

Up a pound😬0

Likely fluid. It will likely be gone next week. Slow and steady.....
Goals for this week - 0.5 pound, continue the 20 minutes of relaxation, and drink water?0 -
Great goals.
My weight gain could be water…
Or it could be Halloween candy.
We packed the kitchen and are eating take out now.
Back on track after the move0 -
Survived the move. We are living out of boxes now and dreaming of the day when we get the kitchen set up and cook a decent meal again.0
-
You’ll get there, Cat!1
-
Yikes! Kitchen is full and still have 10 boxes marked KITCHEN!
Thought I had gotten rid of enough stuff before we moved. I was wrong 😂😂😂0 -
OMG, Cat! I can see that happening. We actually have 2 kitchens in our house, so I have a skewed perspective of what a normal amount of kitchen stuff looks like. Good luck with paring down again.1

We had two stoves and two refrigerators. Pantry was the size of a room with floor to ceiling shelves. We sat 16 people down in our dining room for every holiday. Now that I am in such a small space, I realize what a spoiled brat I was! And there is no dining room in the new location.
Dont get me wrong. I am not regretting a thing. Two retired people don’t need much and I am looking forward to taking care of less. We just need time to adjust.0 -
You won't be expected to host holiday dinners anymore! Enjoy your new space and the more relaxed lifestyle that goes with it.
Up 0.3 this week. I'm truly lucky that's all it was.0 -
Oh but I am expected to host Thanksgiving in 10 days. Yikes! 15 people for dinner. This will be an adventure in dining.
I am down half a pound. Surprised and pleased me!0 -
