Hello Shifters. How's everyone's week going? My diet has been pretty good, I meal prepped Saturday for my work week. I made 2 meals of Zucchini boats with turkey burger and spaghetti sauce, and 3 meals of spaghetti squash with chicken and alfredo. Ate a lot of yogurt with fruit.
I haven't lost much weight but I am starting to see a diffrence in my body, I am starting to get loose skin on my stomach, and co workers mentioned being able to see a difference.

On a related, note, I apologize for the inconvenience but I’m hoping you can excuse me from this week’s weigh in @Pupowl and @jessicakrall8. The scale at my mother’s house is so random — sometimes it works and other times the connection seems to breakdown. I tested the battery but the problem seems to be more of a wiring issue.

Anyone having a problem where your bookmark is gone for the group on the App? I can do it through the website, but now it's nowhere on the App??!! I'm on Android

When seeing photos of your walks in your national park, I have sometimes felt like I've taken virtual hikes there. Even if I can't be there, I'm glad someone is! Please keep it up!

I figured out where the bookmarks are hidden, though there might be a faster way than this:
- While using the phone app, go to the “Community” as usual
- Click the menu in the upper left corner
- Select the “Quick links” option
- You’ll see “Bookmarks” in the list there

@PatriceFitnessPal Thank you! The gym is going pretty well, though it is a lot more exhausting than I remembered. The people are all very friendly there and I am having a good time.
@DaffyGirl88 Yeah, it has been on my mind for a while. I won't delete my profile and it is possible I will return in the future. For now, I just need a break.

My mom is visiting now and this morning my dad is also coming over. We are going for one of my favourite walks in the national park in a bit. If I have any pictures, I will share them of course.

CW: 145.8Always happy when it's a loss...but. I feel like I can do better. I would like to see closer to a pound a week.
I increased my running over the last couple of weeks, and along with it, my eating. More than I need to support the running. I think a part of it is thinking I "deserve" it. So I need to decrease my calories back down just a tad.
But my hip is having issues again, so I might have to take another break from running. I'm taking a few days as rest days. Then I have a St Patrick's Day 5k race on Sunday that I still am planning to do. But then I'll see if I need to stop running for a while again. I really hope it heals fast. I was starting to feel good about the progress I've been making.

just some water weight fluctuations, i've been mindful of my eating but not strict on calorie targets. in the midst of race training so hard to determine my daily expenditure given the inaccuracies of HR monitors. have a 16 km/10 mile run this weekend to mentally prepare for.
@Pupowl you have to do what feels right for you. i have been on MFP on and off for 14 years now and i love that i can come back to it and find new ways to engage. hope you and tinus have a wonderful summer. i will save your IG and look for updates on his adventures.
