    @jessicakrall8 so glad you've enjoyed your days off.So glad you've got your mojo back.Dancing is always good for the soul 😂

    I'm unable to dance at the moment.Its a week after my op.Ive had some problems with circulation as I'm not moving much at all.Today is my last self injecting of warfarin.I am glad about that I hate doing it.My stomach bruises every time I do it.Ive had a few friends & relatives visit me & my dining table is full of flowers.Thank you @CasandraW & @jessicakrall8 for thinking of me.I hope @frankwbrown that you've realised why my steps were that low 😁 It's good to hear all your news & keep up with all the ups & downs of the team.

    Random thoughts…my kids and grandkids have been here since Wednesday and I am up 6 lbs since then. We all know that I didn't gain 6 lbs. Just an example of what a change to your normal way of eating and exercise routine can do. Even with going on a 4 mile hike, chasing after a 6 yo and a 3 yo around and spending hours in the pool.
