Hey to all Minnesotans! Let's start this off by introducing ourselves. Tell us what city or region of the state you are from.

I'm originally from Eden Prairie, but now I live in Edina and go to school in Northfield.

    I've heard sometime this week. I have enjoyed not needing a coat yet this season.

    I live right off of I35N, 30 minutes north of the Twin Cities in a small town called Stacy.

    I'm glad we don't have snow yet. Haha!

    I live in the east central region, Brook Park address.. ( near Hinckley) I figure people would recognize the Hinckley name due to the Casino.... :-)

    People USUALLY think I mean Brooklyn park... silly metro folks :-P

    I pass thru there on our trips to my bf's parents in Benson, MN (actually will be going thru in exactly a week!)

    I got into snowshoing last winter, and am looking forward to doing it again :)

    Heck, we've usually seen at least a bit by now.................what a fabulous fall we had!!!

    Well I am currently in Rock Hill, SC just outside of Charlotte NC but I am originally from Rochester, MN and went to school in Duluth and Mankato and then lived in Savage and St. Louis Park before moving to the south. (Yeah I get around).

    I currently plan on moving back to MN some time next year hopefully South Minneapolis.

    FYI I miss snow, hopefully you will have some when I head back to MN next month.

    I'm Megan, I grew up in Rosemount. I moved around for a few years and now have been in South St Paul for the last 6 years.

    I started running this year and have totally fallen in love with it. I am terrified of what I am gonna do when the snow finally comes. Any other runners who can offer me some tips? How late into the season do you run outside? I am going to do it for as long as I can take it!

    I grew up in St. Paul and then lived in Minneapolis during my 20s. My husband and I just moved to San Francisco in June for his work. It's lovely out here but I do miss home!!!

    I'm Crystal, single mommy to my lil girl. I grew up in St. Louis Park and currently live in Montrose - tiny town near Delano/Watertown/Buffalo. But I work in Richfield and spend a lot of time in Apple Valley with my best friend or in St. Cloud at my dad's. I travel a lot, haha. :happy:

    I am not looking forward to the snow. I'm a complete freeze-baby and you'd never know I was a native Minnesotan, lol.

    I do nearly all my running out in the sticks on gravel roads and narrow shouldered county roads where I live, I heard that there are strap on cleats that are designed for running, I was going to either find a set of those, or add studs to an older pair of running shoes. and wear smart wool socks. other than that, I guess I will take it as it comes. I started Running in June and I need to train all winter because I plan on Running 30 miles in May.

    I never used to get cold, now my fingers and toes get numb at 65 degrees and Im wearing fleece or sweatshirts inside all day.

    LOL! This was me all the time last year even when I still had the extras weight.. I can only imagine how much worse it's going to be this winter. Hahaha!
