How I wish to have a quarter of your perseverance.
I don't have a car, so I can't get anywhere without walking at least a tenth of a mile unless a friend picks me up. That's how I rack up so many miles!0 -

This may sound silly but can't help it? :ohwell:
:blushing: Are you suppose to breath woth you mouth or nose when you are running? Which should be better?
I have always been told in and out through the nose, but I have read on article that said in through the nose and out through mouth. I do the first one
Haven't read all responses but in my running book i'm reading they suggest (for running at least) to breath in/out through mouth b/c you can't get as much oxygen through your nose and when running you need all you can get!
As I google it though, I get conflicting views.
