So I am a day late in starting the challenge, but I have a question, how are you all inputting your exercise? I didn't find it in the search so I'm thinking i will enter it manually. However it asks for how many calories burned and i have no idea! What are you guys all doing? When you enter it manually what do you put? Or do you enter it under another description, like circuit training?0

I do it as circuit training but I fixed it to say 30 day shred.0 -

I just found this tonight/morning at work and I'm super excited!! Add me to the Challenge list, I'm in! I'll pick it up today and get measurements out and I'll hide my before pick til the there's an after one to put side by side!! Yay!! Thanks for this encouragement!!!0

Lv1 Day 2 coMpleted and i am so proud of myself because i only did ONE set of modified jumping jacks, yesterday i did all modified jumping jacks. So far i think i am getting better. Only thing is i also did her 6w6p today and ouch! Lol0

Morning just finished L1D3, my arms are sore and somehow I've hurt my left wrist. I have a gangelon sis on it and its giving me a fit, so I had to do my pushups on the wall. So proud of myself for not giving up and pushing thru. We got this! I want great results so I have to push harder. Will get a nice walk in later.0

December 3, Level 1 Day 2. Missed yesterday because my day was so crazy but right back at it today. Very sore everywhere!!0

skipped workout yesterday, back to it today day 2 level 2 using 5 pound weights. I have an old shoulder injury that's starting to act up, so all those planks are getting to me!0
