    D2L1....I did with more accuracy hence more breaks....I don't really feeling much soreness (yet)

    wondering if I am pushing myself enough.

    Skipped today....did running instead. First time every ran for 19 minutes non stop...:bigsmile:

    I went overboard....D3 L1 and L2.....yup both levels back to back with couple of breaks of course. And I injured my shoulders.

    I did Day 1,2,3 of 30DS and walked 4 miles yesterday. Sore as all get-out and knees hurting. Diet is about the same but biggest problem is that scales were UP 3 lbs. this morning! What gives?????

    I will do Day 4 and 5 today to get caught up with the group!!

    D5L1...Scales went back down 1 lb. Made it all the way through pushups (Yay, me!) But left knee feels like ligament or tendon is loose. Can't put any pressure on it without extreme pain. I'm modifying lunges, squats and jumping jacks to take the pressure off. Any other suggestions??

    Great job sticking with it everyone!!!

    I finished day 6 level 1 today and didn't have to modify or rest at all - YAY. Should be ready to move onto level 2 after 10 days easily.

    L1 D7 here... not feeling sore anymore but definately gettin a workout (wipes sweat) lol I'm going onto level 2 tomorrow for the extra challenge. =D
  • Wasn't home this weekend to do the DS, will be doing day three tonight.. I did work out with weights on Friday and Saturday did my Hiit.. but not DS

    12/6 Day 3 Level 1 - only modifications is the first set of strength training.. my arms have a hard time lifting those five pounds weights.. the rest of the strength training no issues

    D6 L1, i made it through the arms lifts, I almost cried but i made it through.

    Day 3 Level 1...so glad I pushed thru the sore muscles! We can do this!!

    Day 4 Level 1

    Day 5 Level 1!! Feeling FAB!! Day 3 was the worst, I'm in a groove now. Power thru it!!

  • Day 7 Level 1. Push ups are easier as are those arm raises in the third circuit. Definitely feels good to know I've stuck with it for a week. Still doing an hour cardio (primarily running) every day too!

    L1D7 done!!! I did 45min of cardio at the gym and 100 squats before completing the shred. My legs and shoulders were screaming but I pushed thru it. Now as I sit at work my legs are really SORE!!! Idk how i'm goin make it to shred tomor. Whewwww. I want to see a change so I have to push myself to the finish line. Can't wait for my rest day on sunday.

    I think I've torn something in my left knee! Help!! I don't want to stop the 30DS when I've worked so hard to stay motivated and do the workout every day!! Anyone else know what to do about the knee issue??

    Lost 1/2 inch in waist and hips but weight not changing.:-( And can't get strong cardio with blown knee!

    (Day 11) Day 1 of Level 2!

    My gawd! I thought 10 days of LEvel 1 would prepare me for Level 2, yet Jillian still managed to literally make me feel like dying! I love it!

    L1d8 done!! I didn't think I was goin make it cause my legs are soo sore from all the squats I did yesterday but i pushed myself and made it thru. Can't wait for rest day on sunday. Wheeww Jillian is rough.
  • Day 2, Level 1 complete! I'm so loving this actually! Sore muscles and all!

    Day 3, Level 1 complete! Wasn't sure I'd make it today. Had a long, tiring, but very fun day with my son. I essentionally did 3 hours of walking with him for the Christmas Stroll in our town. Was much fun and much worth it. I didn't eat so well (well, there was free candy cane samples and clam chowder and hot chocolate and we went to our favorite candy store, couldn't be helped, it was a spoiling day, lol) but at least I'm making up for it now, lol


    Day 4, level 1 complete. Almost no modifications except push ups and sometimes on all the lunges, but for at least half of them, I can do full lunges.

    Day 5, Level 1: First set of push ups, I did almost all as full push ups. Lunges were still painful. But I was doing full lunges on most of the front ones and some side lunges. Getting there slowly

    Day 6, Level 1 done on December 6
    Day 7, level 1 done today
    took yesterday off for being sick. How's everyone doing?
