Wasn't home this weekend to do the DS, will be doing day three tonight.. I did work out with weights on Friday and Saturday did my Hiit.. but not DS
12/6 Day 3 Level 1 - only modifications is the first set of strength training.. my arms have a hard time lifting those five pounds weights.. the rest of the strength training no issues
12/8 Day 4 level 1- again the first strength training killing me.. the rest of Level 1 is a breeze.. Not sure if I should move up or keep at it until I do the strength training with barbells.0 -
I did Day 1,2,3 of 30DS and walked 4 miles yesterday. Sore as all get-out and knees hurting. Diet is about the same but biggest problem is that scales were UP 3 lbs. this morning! What gives?????
I will do Day 4 and 5 today to get caught up with the group!!

Did other exercises this weekend because I forgot my dvd. Today is L1D2 for me.
I think I'm getting to do push ups better! L1D3
L3D4; i get bored with the same routine over and over so i changed it up!
Forgot to log yesterdays L3D5. Today it's L3D6.

D8L1 - upped my weight to 5 lbs for some of the exercises.
I have done level 2 before and that one is tough. Not really looking forward to starting that on Monday.0 -

My gawd! I thought 10 days of LEvel 1 would prepare me for Level 2, yet Jillian still managed to literally make me feel like dying! I love it!

Day 12, Day 2 level 2! This level is kicking my butt! I am a bit embarassed to say I take a number of 5 second breaks during the 20 minutes workout :ohwell: But I am losing inches, which makes all these so worth it !0 -

12/9- L1d9 completed along wit 35min on treadmill alternating between walking 3.5mph on incline 7-9 and jogging at 6.1mph.

Modified a bit on account of a slightly injured left hand - can't quite do pushups correctly as my left knuckle is swollen and putting my full weight on my hands is tough. But worked through as best as I could, as I can still pick up weights and do the cardio and ab work. Was hoping to go up to Level 2, but I'll see how I feel tomorrow...0 -

12/08: Level 1, Day 1 (did not have weights -- did without. did 53 minutes of cardio following)
12/09: Level 1, Day 2 (very sore from day 1. mostly thighs. Bought weights and used!)
12/10: Level 1, Day 3 (not sore. Push-ups much easier. using 3 lbs weights for some exercises and 5 lbs for others.)0 -

Day 8, Level 1. Went camping for a few days, so missed shreddin'. I ran on the beach for about 20 min each day. Glad to be back and don't want to miss another day.0
