    How far are you planning on running?

    i have not run for months now so starting again will not be easy lol

    i'm planing to take it slowly at my own pace for about 40 min.:happy:

    Right then, no time like the present, so I'm off a run. I'll do my best to get 20 runs in but I reckon it will be nearer 12 as I'm doing 6 cardio workouts per week at the moment :)

    Hi, i run 5.2 mph for about 35 min non stop huh
    I feel great to start this again.

    I'm in. I got 20 days in for February. Although, March will be a challenge since I will be on vacation all next week and probably won't run but a couple days.....

    I ran 35 minutes today :) 11 mins at 6.0 mph and 24 mins at 5.2 mph burned 321calories.

    Hi everyone! I am jogging for 1 minute then walking at a 4.1 pace for 2 min. Today I did 45 min and burned about 400 calories. This is my fourth day on MFP and I love it. I hope to keep it up, a little nervous about sticking to it. I figured if i can make it past two weeks then I am good! :smile: Good luck everyone!

    Good morning I ran 21 minutes at 5.2 this morning = walked 3 min at 3.0 mph ran 15 min at 5.2 mph walked 10 min at 3.0-3.5 mph ran 6 min at 5.2 mph and walked for another 7 min to cool down. I am so bummed that a muscle in my right thigh keeps acting up (hurting)when I run. Burned 252 calories.

    That's 2 only 18 more.

    so I ran 10 minutes today, and then I went to a kickboxing class, 1 day of running done!!!! 19 to go!!!

    Walked at 3.5 in between for 25 min

    Tomorrow is Brazilian Butt Lift day and a long walk with the dog.

    So far, I have run Thursday, Friday and Saturday - now contemplating whether or not to go out a run today? I have to say Insanity with Shaun T is kicking my *kitten*, but I love running all the same, so trying to keep up both.

    I'll let you know how I get along (if I go) hahaha

    Ok, here's my update so far:

    Thursday 1st March: 8km @ 6 mins 31 secs /km - total time 52 mins 09 seconds
    Friday 2nd March: 9km @ 4 mins 48 secs /km - total time 43 mins 19 seconds
    Saturday 3rd March: 9km @ 6 mins 31 secs /km - total time 58 mins 42 seconds
    Sunday 4th March: 8km @ 5 mins 45 secs /km - total time 46 mins 03 seconds

    Go for it people :)

    Your run will be better tomorrow if you rest today.
