    Yesterday(sat) I ran at 5.2 for 60 minutes and went 5 miles and a bit. Today was my rest day in which I was going to go to hot yoga but instead I just slept in lol. Tomorrow I'm going to attempt to pick up my pace a bit perhaps 5.8? Or 6? I'm very excited about it. NOT excited about the humongous blisters on my feet, defiantly need to save up for some good shoes!

    Ok, so that's 5 runs down as I went to the gym last night and did my sprints inside an hours jogging, which consisted of a 5 minute warm up at 10km/h then 6x400m sprints at 16km/h with 200m recoveries at between 10-12km/h.

    So, 15 runs left to go but I am having a rest day today so will need to try and pick up again later in the week.

    Yes me too, but it makes sense your body is burning the food faster.
