Took my run outside today: 3 miles in 31:20 avg 5.75 mph (there is one nasty hill that I did twice) burned 448 cals. This is another first for me 3 miles outside yay!

Ooh and I signed up for two races:)! I have never gone this and I'm so excited! 1st up is the 5k on April 1st then the 10 k July 1st0

2. Friday 2nd March: 9km @ 4 mins 48 secs /km - total time 43 mins 19 seconds
3. Saturday 3rd March: 9km @ 6 mins 31 secs /km - total time 58 mins 42 seconds
4. Sunday 4th March: 8km @ 5 mins 45 secs /km - total time 46 mins 03 seconds
5. Monday 5th March: Sprints - 400m at 16km/h with 200m recovery at 10-12 km/h (6 times) then a cool down.
6. Wednesday 7th March: 9km @ 5 mins 56 secs / km - total time 53 mins 25 seconds
7. Friday 9th March: 8km @ 4 mins 22 secs / km - total time 34 mins 59 seconds
8. Saturday 10th March: 8km in total with 4 km in middle at 14 km/h
