    I joined MFP last year but have only started using it in earnest the last couple of weeks. At the same time I rededicated myself to a keto diet after a few months off during which I gained about 20lbs back. I'm just about done with that 20lbs and looking forward to moving into uncharted territory.

    I did a little "accidental keto" as part of a low carb strategy and dropped 6 quick pounds. As soon as I re-added carbs my weight loss stalled, plus I felt much better before. So I'm back to it or good.
