    Sunday - 1 mile walking pushing stroller
    Monday - 3.1 miles running (hills, ugh)
    Tuesday - nada
    Wednesday 1.83 miles running
    Thursday - 4.1 miles running

    MUCH better run today. Set a slower pace from the beginning.

    1st 5K race is on Saturday. Woohoo!

    You all are doing so great, sorry haven't been around much this week to comment on your stats. Been going through a rough patch of my own this week, well longer than that and I am just trying to get myself back in the game. Please be patient with me :)

    Sun: 12.18 miles - run/jog/walk
    Mon: Rest day
    Tue: 2.91 mi - Walk - a beautiful evening for a walk n talk with friends
    Wed: 1.15 mi - elliptical
    Thu: 3.18 mi - walk (still takin it easy on my knee - taped up w/the KT Tape tonight -think it helped.. will try running tomorrow! :smile: )

    Wednesday - 1 hour of badminton (again I know its not really that relevant)

    Taking Sunday's off, so here's my mileage for the week.

    Monday - sick, nothing done.
    Tuesday - running 2 miles. Swim 1/4 mile
    Wednesday - horrible migraine, nothing done
    Thursday - swimming 1 mile
    Friday - running 3.1 miles swimm 1/4 mile
    Saturday - swimmming 1 mile

    Total 7.7 miles.

    I finally got new shoes this week! They are hideous but it's made such a difference in how my legs feel after I run. And has anyone else been feeling like the '80s are coming back to life with all this NEON everywhere?

    I am welcoming back the 80's via my 'citron' colored new Saucony Kinvara 2's. Love them!! I think athletic shoes are the only place neon looks good. :) My kids play soccer and have been rocking the neon cleats for a couple years. They finally sucked me into the trend, I guess!!
