Crisps, crisps and crisps. That said, I've gone from 3-5 packets (25g) a day to 1 a week. I also like crisps.
What do you think is holding you back from being in your TOP shape?
Dunno. I'm really giving it a go now. Started with low carb diet and that reduced the fat that I did have on my sides. Then I hit a plateau so have started counting calories hence using this site.
What's your favorite exercise? Wide grip pull ups - just because I'm constantly amazed I can do them; 20 years ago, I couldn't do one single chin up, let along a pull up. Now I can do over 20 in one go. I've started doing pull ups on smiths machines, yanking upwards to touch the bar across the top... just because. ) Oh, and upside down pull ups (ie you're hanging upside down!)... because it amuses me.
What exercise would you like to try this year?
Not sure. I was learning to do front levers but I hurt my shoulders.
What is your biggest trouble spot?
Tummy area, of course. I can just about see the abs but whilst it's flat, I have to really tense to see any definition.
What part of your body do you like the most?
Pass. I'm pleased with my overall physique considering my age and ectomorph body. I've always been skinny but now I'm starting to develop muscles. I have been weight lifting properly since the end of 2011.

To get ripped like Brad Pitt in Fight Club. Then I'll try to look like Brad Pitt in Troy. Might skip the leather skirt, though.0 -

TOP shape? I'm usually pretty hesitant to try new things and end up doing a routine that I'm confident I know how to do correctly even if it's not as effective as I might like.
What's your favorite exercise? Compound moves like lunges, squats and deadlifts, but I'm also finding a soft spot for HIITS
What exercise would you like to try this year? Running. My boyfriend and I just started Couch to 5k I'm also intrigued by all these Jillian Michaels and beach body workouts people are talking about a lot on MFP, so I may give one of those a go once I narrow down the right one for me.
What is your biggest trouble spot? My belly and lower back. My proportions are a little off since I have long legs, broad shoulders, but a relatively short torso, so what flab there is on my midsection looks even more bleh to me.
What part of your body do you like the most? I lovelovelove my butt! Always have, and the lower body work I've been doing lately has made it even better. I like my legs too since they're long and lean, but I do want to trim up my thighs a bit.

Dairy products. I'm severely lactose intolerant, so when I mess up with dairy, it's a BIG mistake.

My lack of being able to follow a routine. Hopefully this website will help me stay accountable and set patterns.
What's your favorite exercise?
I'm obsessed with kundalini yoga. I even went on a retreat with my favorite DVD yogis last summer. It's something I will ALWAYS remember.
What exercise would you like to try this year?
I've tried most exercises, but I'd like to get back into running. Also, my school rec center has a rock wall, and, even though I'm going to graduate soon, I've never tried it (I've been too embarrassed about all the people looking at my butt as I climb, haha). That's on my "before I graduate" list.
What is your biggest trouble spot?
Definitely the inner thighs and butt. I tend to carry most of my weight on the lower half of my body.
What part of your body do you like the most?
My collarbones! No matter how much I weigh, you can always see them. I don't hate my stomach, either; I know I'm lucky that I don't carry a bunch of my weight there.
What's your #1 fitness/ health goal in 2012?
I'd like to be able to do every one of my yoga DVDs all the way through with ease. Some of them have really challenging sections, like doing self-weight-bearing repetitive arm motions for several minutes at a time without pausing. I don't want to have to take a rest in the middle of any of those prolonged poses/exercises.
I'd also like my weight to be on the lower side of the "healthy" range for my height, because that's where I feel like my body LOOKS and PERFORMS best.0 -
