    Not having the knowledge of putting an exercise plan in place to follow. I go to the gym and do cardio but I need instructions on what to do to build muscle.

    What's your favorite exercise?
    The arc trainer is my favorite!!

    What exercise would you like to try this year?
    I would like to try Zumba or Yoga.

    My tummy of course.

    Mmmm... Reese's. :) My biggest health vice that I skip several meals and snack on sweets throughout the day. Even though my caloric intake is low I'm pretty much surviving on junk food.

    I think I've been making good progress but commitment to a steady work out routine is needed. I just ran my first half marathon so I think I'm getting better about prioritizing training/working out.

    What's your favorite exercise?
    Running!!! I love being outside!

    What exercise would you like to try this year?
    I keep hearing great things about Zumba.

    What is your biggest trouble spot?
    The tummy, it's getting flat but I'd like to have a little tone and definition there.

    Love my legs!

    I really want to feel good and have a workout routine that works for me.

    Well, I guess my eating habits. I'm hitting the road and gym pretty hard, though, so I don't feel THAT held back lol

    Hiking! I mean all-day, backpack hiking.

    What is your biggest trouble spot?
    I have a chubby armpit area. Do you know what I mean- you put on a sports bra and BAM, rolls of fat by your armpits? UGH I hate that spot!

    My legs!

    GET FIT.... any stride towards that is a success to me!

    I need more weight training!! I tend to stick to cardio. When I go to the gym, I can't stand waiting around for machines and weight benches. It is so much easier to jump on a treadmill for an hour

    What's your favorite exercise? swimming, running, triathlon, korfball. I just completed my first Tough Mudder.
    What exercise would you like to try this year? run a half marathon. I'm new to running, I have my first 10k this weekend.

    What do you think is holding you back from being in your TOP shape? misunderstanding how to get there.. I've been attempting to eat around 1200 calories/day for over a year now and clearly that isn't right!!
    What's your favorite exercise? I really enjoy hitting the elliptical trainer with my music on full blast

    What's your #1 fitness/ health goal in 2012? Well, it was to run/bike 2012 miles but I lost momentum for that awhile ago. My new goal is to do 3 pull ups with no assistance.

    What's your favorite exercise? I recenlty discovered TurboFire, so far it's my favorite next to Yoga
    What exercise would you like to try this year? I want to try to start running, my legs HATE me after about 2 minutes

    What's your #1 fitness/ health goal in 2012? I gained a bunch of weight after I was treated for hyperthyroidism. I don't care about losing the weight. I'd like to replace that weight with muscle (I am very under-muscled) and fit back into my old clothes.
