    Good morning gentlemen,

Toddhbrown and once again retaken the top spot. However, there is less than a 1 pound difference among the top 4 biggest losers this week and that is pretty cool.

If any of you have a friend you think could benifit from this thread please send them an invite. I've seen a couple of guys recently introducing themselves on the main board but I don't read those too much as a general rule. I figure if you have a friend that has already established some dedication to MFP they are more likely stick around.

Anyways, here is this week's chart. Keep it moving forward guys and we will all get there.

    Gentlemen,
I apologize for my extended absence, I'm back now. I regained some weight while I was recuperating from my bypass so I am just starting over. I have 21 more sessions of cardiac rehab left plus I am back at work now.

Since I am starting over, that and I can't remember what my weight was the last time I checked in here I don't have a previous weeks weight.
    Starting weight 427lbs
    this weeks weight 417lbs.

    LWW 244lbs
    CWW 242 lbs

    I also figured out I am 5'8" not 5'7".

@BigAug, glad to have you back. I know you are dealing with a lot. You have it in you to stay focused and reach your goals.

Checking in at 191.8 this week. I think I missed checking in last week and that's a gain of 2.1 since the week before. I've been sporadic at tracking my calories lately. In part because I'm training for the Seattle to Portland bike ride in July, 204 miles in two days. This weekend I rode about 50 miles on Saturday and another 70 on Sunday. I get in the mental mode of I can eat anything I want because I'm burning so many calories. As a result I've been yo-yo'ing between about 189 and 193 and not making progress towards my goal of 180.

    Greetings Gentlemen,
We had a slightly better showing this week and it looks like a few more pounds over all were dropped also.

I want welcome Bigaug back from his short hiatus. I'm really glad to see you doing well and back on the road to recovery. If you don't mind, I just put you in the yellow category since there was no previous week for you and it has been a while. I do still have some of the older charts if you need any numbers from them or anything.

Toddhbrown has jumped back to the top spot with an impressive 5.25 loss. In fact we had 5 folks with a 2 pound or more loss this week. Congrats to Todd, Frayed_Ends, whoreheyR1, shabbarshaikh and trelm249. Dang, I missed it by .1 pound.

Way to go guys. Here is this weeks chart.

    Hi guys--

I apologize for missing the last few weeks. I just hopped off the scale at 183.8 lbs. That is 0.2 lbs up from my last check-in, but it wasn't a straight shot here; I was up a few pounds and now I am back down. I will be back this Sunday for our next weigh-in.

    Best,
    Cary
