and..........I will not be doing the Shred tonight. didn't get it done this morning and won't be home until midnight-ish tonight. but, I'll be super exercise busy tomorrow so it should balance out, right???0

Woo Hoo! Just finished day 6. Upped my weights in most parts but anterior raises. Wow this is an awesome workout! Push-ups are getting easier too.

Level 1 Day 4 complete. I can believe that tomorrow will be our halfway point for level one! How is everyone doing? Felt really good today. I love how the jumping jacks tone my calves. I weighed myself today and I am down 2 lbs I think I am losing a lot of water weight. I have given up diet pepsi and drink unsweetened iced tea instead which actually makes me crave more water. For a treat when I am out I get a venti black iced tea unsweetened at starbucks. Very refreshing. Anyone else making changes to your diet?
I gave up soda a month ago! I was drinking 2 cans a soda a day.I like Starbucks, i had a tall unsweetened passion tea today.0 -
Day 6 complete, still have struggle with pusups 2nd set, lunges with arm weights 2nd set and side lunges with arm weights 2nd set. I am using 4 lb weights.0

Started it today 5/18 a little late... It was definitely not what I expected. It was kind of hard at first but glad I started it. Plan on doing it tomorrow as well and hope to build my strength and endurance as well as kick my weight loss into full gear!0

Finished workout early today. New weights are tough but I am pushing through it. Can't wait until I can do 2 sets of real push ups! Still working on it though. Can't believe today is already day seven. Can't wait to see day 10 results...especially measurements! Have a great weekend shredders! How is everyone feeling?0

managed to do 10 real push ups today! and Ive upped the weights as well. I think I'm going to wait until we're done the 30 days tho to take measurements. If I havent lost I dont want to get discouraged and give up :-) Have to be honest, started getting bored so I did level one of RI30 yesterday and I was hurting today! Happy to go back to 30DS0 -

finished day 6 this morning! i feel pretty good...those side lunges with weights kill me but i manage to stick with it. i can already notice a difference in my arms which im pretty excited about! 24 more days to go lol0

Level still has its hard parts, but it's definitely gotten easier. It's going to suck having to "start over again."0

Day 9 down! Wow! Had to listen to my own music though to get through it! READY FOR CHANGE! SO happy that we are sticking with it though. Thanks for the support shredders!0

I missed a day yesterday and got back into it today and it felt good to do it today. I can totally see how my movements are different now and I am able to do advanced movements rather than all the beginner exercises. Even the bicycle abs which were so difficult for me. I am still at the modified push ups, but I need to break out of my comfort zone. I started a couple of days late but I am ready for change too. After working out I hopped on a scale without any expectations (though my clothes are fitting better) and I lost 3 more pounds since last week. Awesome!0

just finished day 7 this morning. i have the hardest time mentally with the first part..not sure why..cant stand the jumping jacks for some reason. Looking forward to level 2 though. I ended up getting my boyfriend to start the shred last night and i actually did it again after him and it kicked my as$ since i already did it that morning.
Question for you guys...Does anyone feel bloated or just feel like you're not "shredding" weight?? i know this isnt specifically to lose a bunch of weight but i have to admit im a little disappointed that im not seeing more results after a week of doing it. i dont expect anything to happen overnight but i did expect to feel less bloated. i'm going to try and change up my diet and drink more water to see if that helps...i hope level 2 is going to really jump start the weight loss!!

I just talked about something like this in the forum. It can get discouraging when you see some people lose 8 inches in the 1st 7 days. However, I did get on the scale this morning and I was down 3 pounds, but my cycle just went off so I'm not sure if I actually lost weight from 30DS.0 -

Finished day 10 this morning! What a relief. I am really looking forward to level 2 and all the challenges it has to offer. My life can be really hectic lately and this is the one constant thing I do for myself. It really makes a big difference in my day. Thanks so much for being here and holding me accountable. I am going to weigh in and measure tomorrow and see if there is any change. Much love shredders!!!0
