✔ Monday-50 squats (starting from the BOTTOM up)
Tuesday-50 pushups
Wednesday-50 butterfly kicks (lying on back, raise legs slightly off the floor and do alternating kicks up, with legs straight)
Thursday-50 jumping jacks
Friday-50 jump squats (start in a squat position and jump touching your knees to your hands)0 -

I had sick babies on yesterday, but i'm on it now, 50 squats have been bagged. Who put the drill sergeant in charge again???? Good lawd sissy, this is virtual bootcamp. Nothing good comes easy!!! Let's get it done.0
