Hi all, So I just signed up for Winter Skills course in the beginning of February. So need to get fit. Actually I’m a long term member but have just upgraded to Premium so that I could get more of a fully rounded program. I have gained 15 pounds over the last 6 months and I can’t seem to lose any of it. I need a community to support me in my goal. Someone needs to hold me accountable or I will never lose the weight alone.

Hi everyone! After my annual physical on Monday, I received a bad lab report for the first time in my life (202 cholesterol, 124 LDL, 129/88 bp). I'm 40, 5'7 and weigh 185 pounds. My goal is to lose 20 pounds (my fighting weight is 165!) and to get back to perfect lab work. Any Peloton users in here?! B)
