Just checking in to see how everyone is doing with your goals?? Are you still motivated and determine? Lets encourage each other. I have been going through major stressfuls situations this past month with work and home. It kinda threw me off track. Time to get back my progress..
Did you get pass the challenges this week. Did you eat well and have some type of physical activity this week?? I must said I did pretty good this week working out. Walk/Jog 3 miles Monday -Wednesday. Couch to 5k app is working pretty good. Goal to jog a full 3 miles in about 6 more weeks.

What are ways not to indulge in comfort food when going through a stressful situation??? My family and I have really been through a worldwind this week and during this time sweets and other type of comfort food seem to cross my mind more. Hopefully you where able to get through the weekend without racking up the calories...
