100 days from today for me is 4th December 2014 - summer in the Southern Hemisphere - aim to enter food and exercise into MFP for next 100 days - focus is on eating healthy and staying in 1200 calories!
Hello everyone! The 100 days are done...my ultimate goal wasn't reached BUT I definitely achieved a lot in those 100 days. I've lost a total of 10lbs and still losing. I had a few ups and downs but for the most part I had lots of ups. Thanks to all who participated and hope to see you all again soon!
