When you train your squats, do you use high BB or low BB? When you max your squat, again high BB or low BB? Do you even front squat?

Love/Hate Relationship
Does anyone have a love/hate relationship with a specific lift? Mine has got to be deadlifts. I dread them going in, feel like I'm gonna pass out and puke during, but I fell awesome afterwards!
