How you did this week
Well, the week isn't over yet, but I will post that I ran yesterday. With my 5 min walk to warm up and cool down, I went 3.8 miles in 46 minutes. That was running for 8 minutes and then walking one minute, repeated 4 times. I am using a program I found on marathontrainingacademy's website to build up to running 30 minutes.…
Half Marathon Challenge
I just signed up for the Portland Marathon-Half (not the same as the Portland Half Marathon) in October in Portland, Oregon. Started a couch-2-half program since I haven't been exercising consistantly. Anyone want to train along "with" me for a late summer or early fall half marathon? I'd love to have some company. Laura

I have jogged for about three months now
I have jogged for about 3 months now, however, I can't get my breathing under control for the 45 minutes I do this. Any suggestions? Kris Happy
Goals
Lets post our goals and then, update when we meet them or change them. Current running status: Run 3 times a week at about 5.5 mph. Can run 8 min and walk 1 for 45 minutes.
