I had a pretty good first week last week but yesterday I was exhausted and didn't feel well so I didn't work out at all. Today I was really hungry all day so I went over my calorie limit...not too crazy but still not good. So just like that, I'm feeling kind of blah. Gotta get back on track tomorrow morning. :-P
So we all have a plan to lose those 20 lbs. Post here showing what you have done today to reach that. Gotta have the accountability...:happy: Personally, so far, I went and played a round of golf. Which equals walking 2.25 miles and burning 1500 calories.
I've learned SO MUCH since starting this site I love it and all that it brings. Do you all have any tips that has worked out well for you?
I'm always on the look out for a new low cal idea or healthy food that is actually tasty. Feel free to share here :) Also if you have any "hit" Healthy recipes !
Do you all have a preferred official weigh in day? Or do you do it monthy, daily, etc. I weigh in on Friday's because that's the day I started on. However I do weigh myself every morning at the same time. I just don't update my spreadsheet that I keep until Fridays.
