so i am veery sorry i havent been on here ! I fainted and went down about 16 steps and got a brain injury. i'm back on now and recovering. im not able to work out but i hope if its okay if people dont mind me back here and encouraging ! Thanks

Yesterday's Weigh In
I'm down 3 pounds! that makes a total of 9 this month! The only bummer is that when I first joined MFP (several months ago), I was a pound less than I am now. But I didn't use it and gained. And I've only been really using it for a month. So in order for my ticker to start picking up my weigh ins, I'll need to lose another…

Sorry I have been off my mini workout challenge game haha the workout for tomorrow is lay flat on the ground the bend your knees tilt your upper body up and take your hand from one side to the next- 25 per side In addition starting next week I will be posting workouts for the whole week not just daily..

since one hasnt been posted yet here is mine: 10 burpees - start in standing position, bend over touch ground, jump back to plank, jump forward to bend, raise to standing and hop! Nursing 23 - if you want to change feel free.

My January 1st Goal :)
To fit in to my wedding dress again! I didn't get to wear it because our wedding plans changed. But I'd love to know when I AM able to wear it for a ceremony, that it'll fit! Might even have to be taken in ;)

My Goal by January 1st
I have set my goal to be at 130 by January 1st. Right now I weight 150. I have 20 pounds to lose in 5 months. Is that possible?!?!? I hope so!
