I'm the same way with sweets, so I usually try to plan them into my day. I try to save 100-150 calories everyday for something sweet and I always eat it at the end of the day. It doesn't matter WHAT you ate, it only matters that you ate in moderation, which you did! And that's great!! Even if you went over your calorie goal, just remember that one bad day won't undo all the hard work you've done so far. Great job!!! :)

I noticed they don't taste as good as they used to. I used to love them even when I wasn't dieting, but I bought a few recently and they were all pretty gross.

I have PCOS and I've lost 27 pounds just by counting calories. I've tried low carb diets in the past and I had a hard time sticking with it. I'm very happy the calorie counting is working now, but I'm keep in mind that it may not always work and I may eventually need to pay closer attention to carbs.

I do my best to reserve some calories at the end of the day for something sweet. If I know it's coming, it's easier for me to not eat anything else sweet during the day. My personal favorite is a fiber one brownie microwaved for a few seconds with a small spoonful of light ice cream on top. It really it's the spot!
