I've decided to do 15 minutes yoga, I just do it of youtube. On Sunday/Saturday mornings I will do cardio (fitnessblender on youtube) for 50 minutes.

Why should I seek professional help? If I didn't mention my weight and height, you wouldn't have said that. Someone will a bigger weight than me could have an eating disorder. I never said I wanted to lose weight. It just does not bother me if I do as I know I'm eating healthy and about 2000 calories. Thanks :) I may consider pilates

I'm 5ft7.5 and 125, I'm trying to get to 118-120. I don't exercise much but I have lost 15lbs by eating raw fruits and vegetables. Also, I find that the more I eat the more I lose weight so I eat 2000-2500 calories. The foods I eat are high in fiber... so they come out the other end lol, which means no weight gain for me!…

I know, I've been stuggling! I managed to get from 132 to 125 by healthy eating this summer but i did not work out. I look better skinny :) I have a small frame I don't believe in BMI to be honest.

You probably don't have a bad shape, I'm guessing it's your butt thats big? Just keep losing weight, the thing is you may start to look emaciated on your upper body. Its best you just don't lose to much tbh, pear shapes are not usually skinny. I have a straight body: 33-26-36 and I wish I had more curves :)

Same with me. If i ear 1200 i lost weighht.. then gain in a week when i eat 2000 i lose weight. No idea why!

I lost 5lbs this summer from eating 2000-2500 calories a day. I mainly ate fruit and veg though.

I'm 5ft7.5 and started off as 145lb. From eating healthy foods (mainly fruit and veg) but still eating 2000calories I lost a lot of weight. In 2 months I lost 5lbs at one point. Now I am 125.5lbs and by Christmas I want to be 120lbs. I will do this by starting exercise.

I guess so! I think most people here don't actually know their height. Because I fail to see how an average man is 6ft3 or an average woman is 5ft8. The men I see are normally 5ft9/8 and women are 5ft2. That must be annoying! I have freakishly long arms so most long sleeve tops are ridiculously short

LOL someone said that a 6ft3 guy is average... where do you live... I want to like there haha. Also 5ft4-5ft6 is average for a woman. I'm 5ft7.5, can someone explain why jeans never fit, skirts are too short... if I'm just average? lol :P my legs are 34 inches (inseam) long! average women are 28-30

That does not sound like enough calories.

It depends on height/acttivity For example, I move a lot. I'm also tall for a woman (5ft7.5) therefore I can eat 2000 calories a day and not gain weight.
