Well I tried tracking macros. And eatting my meals and taking my protein. Bcaas. I go to the gym and do my work outs. Five day split. Five by five. Or il start light and go up. It gets to the point my strength has gotten so weak. Could this be do to *kitten*? I mean I don't know any more.

My macros are 50 carbs 30 protein 20 fats. 2000 cals. 5 by 5 builds strength it doesn't really build muscle mass. I want muscle development And growth

Ok thanks guy but yesterday I ate food from out side and meat I didn't know how much it actually was and when I do weight it it does not let me put it in to grams. And that's were I get confused.

Dude I weight my food in grams on the scale but that's the thing I do not see grams. I think I got close cuz calorie king told me 200grams is 230 calories or something like that. This would be much simpler if I can just put it in terms of grams or calories

Yeah I got them from la fe and put it in the microwave. So I weight Broccoli in grams? And put it in?

Guys go check it out! I am still guessing her but I put 2 and 2/3 of cups and it looks more realistic closer to what calorie king told me. But how can I be 100% sure? I also cooked the eggs wit olives oil.
