Anyone here from New York? Guys I want to figure out what I have to do to build muscle? I been training for a long time. And no gains. I'm flat, can anyone help me out? I used to track macros and now I'm trying to eat more. But when will I see the gains? I'm thinking do I need steroids

No one needs steroids. Not unless you want your heart to grow weaker, your testicles to shrink and chance the idea that your muscles could grow so much stronger than your ligaments and tendons that they detach from your bones. Not to mention the bad attitude, anger and acne...from your pic, I'd say you are pretty big already. Increase size on a bulk and then lose weight, but steroids are always a bad idea.3

If you're eating in a surplus, you also need to be training properly and with progressive overload. What is your programming?

I try to do progressive over load. But I'm not hitting any new p r or making any gains.

What does your current training and diet look like?
If you aren't gaining your problem lies there.1 -

Pretty much.. No gains means inadequate calories or and inadequate lifting stimulus.1 -
Instead of doing a bodybuilding work do a Powerlifting one like 5x5 make sure u eat a lot of protein stick to the big 3 squats deadlifts bench I also add in shoulder press and arm work too look at doing stuff like Rock press sand bag press stuff like that too if u can Tire flip do that too - good luck .0
