I would advise you not to eat only 1200 calories. This is not really a sustainable number. Instead, aim for 1500 at a minimum I'd say. Just make sure to add in some light-moderate exercise too. And if you're still hungry after 1500, eat more! A good rule of thumb is make sure you get two servings of vegetables and two…

Yes absolutely, I agree that of course genetics is really important too! There's lots of people who live up to even 100 who consume lots of red meats. Right - in order to eat those types of foods - super high carb...you can't really get away with that without doing a lot of cycling. You can meet almost every single…

Ketosis is not actually good for you though. Also as far as atkins and keto diets go, I have yet to meet anyone keep their weight off LONG TERM with these diets as it IS possible to have metabolic damage due to restricting your carbs. I am someone who has had to deal with metabolic damage over the last few years from…

I'm currently doing 60-90 minutes of walking a day + Jillian Michael's beginner body workouts which are for the upper and lower body. Her workouts are getting really boring, but I'm going to stick to it for another 2-3 months and then maybe try P90X. We'll see.

I think it's sustainable for yourself and the planet. However, I like to go out and eat socially with family and friends. Most of the food isn't plant based, and I just like to change it up. I like having a lot of food options, and try not to restrict. I definitely eat MORE plant based after learning about veganism, but…

This is all yours! If you find yourself easily out of breath or distracted, try listening to an interesting or funny podcast to keep you focused and less distracted. Always works like a charm for me

Chicken with some beans and cheese should be filling. Use about 3 oz chicken (about 90 cals) maybe half a cup of beans (about another 90) and then add some cheese and you're golden.
