I'm big offender for this. I get really intense cravings right before my period and during. But, during this time, I also have two extremes: I either have no appetite whatsoever and have no desire to eat anything, or an unquenchable hunger for literally anything I can get my hands on.

I have a gym membership, but I started out at home. It was more of a motivation thing, I felt if I couldn't even do anything at the gym I'd be too embarrassed to keep going. So I built up my endurance a bit, and then went to the gym.

I really haven't noticed a whole lot, except that water and green tea (which are pretty much the only things I drink besides the occasional coffee) keep me full longer and keep me from going back for seconds or overeating/snacking.

Well, for one, my jeans barely fit. Another is just seeing myself in pictures and seeing that I can't look thinner no matter how hard I try. Then of course, was seeing my weight on the scale at a doctor's appointment. ugh.
