Really surprised that I managed to lose 3.2lbs, but I definitely would have lost more had I not gotten sick early in the week and eaten nothing but salty soup, which as we all know, sodium haunts you on the scale. Now I'm really starting to see it fall off, and it's been coming off a pound a day so I mean that's pretty great. I may actually manage to get to my goal in September! woohoo!0 -
Congrats Rachel! down 3.2! You made your weekly goal and a little more. Just keep pushing and by the end of the 12 weeks, you will be so surprised how great you will look.0

We're starting a 12 Week Challenge at work and I need all the motivation I can get. My goal weight has always been 150 and I just can't seem to get there. I keep making it to about 153 or 154 and then putting 10lbs back on. I'm hoping that by having a larger support network I can stick to it.
