    1/2 way through the first week........ bahahahahaha just had to find a positive. I have already worked out today and my appetite is finally seeming under control. The hardest thing to stay away from are the quick sugars. My body craves them..... My enemy is caloric drinks. what a waste of calories. Water and lemon are my friends....
