Looking good you are!!!! You're like me and some other women, with that height, we hold 177 very well. With being 5'7" as well, my goal is about 150-155. 163.7 right now. Good luck on your goal!

It's either the sara lee brand or the nature's own brand. Can be found on most grocery stores, at least, here in the south. It has a red label on it saying Sugar Free. It still has carbs, cause it's wheat bread, but not much.

Who gives a crud what others think! This is for you! Do this for yourself. Don't be fat to fit in, and don't be skinny to fit in. Do YOU and what's best for YOU. Never, ever, EVER, be embarrassed about eating healthy or losing weight, or both. Start with a clean slate. Buy some new clothes one size smaller and aim to fit…

Congrats to you! Awesome NSV! Bonus for me is that I don't have to worry bout shopping for pants. After a 36 lb loss, still a pant size 14 with a size small/med in shirts. Lost 8.7 more pounds and still a size 14. I always have to sew in the waist of ALL my pants now. I'm just a big booty woman.

True. I do the same.

Also, egg whites and cheese sticks are a good low carb, high protein source. I still eat regular eggs a couple times a week for the cholesterol, but switch up to whites for the higher protein, low carb meal without going overboard on my cholesterol. I also eat sugar free wheat bread. It's low in carbs. I cook eggs whites…

Pure Protein bars are high in protein and lower in carbs. Still has carbs, but it's NOTHING compared to other protein bars. 16 grams of carbs. Protein powder is also low, maybe 6 grams or so, and some are 20-30grams of protein. Chicken breast is good as well. No carbs and loaded with protein. Same with crawfish, crab legs…

And we all have our own way in our lifestyle. What works for one person may not work for another.

Awesome to you! Good job!

Periodic, short, dog walks. As they are Pomerainians. Walking around Walmart or another store after having eaten. I know many people see things as. "You have to burn heavy for progress." But the little things count as well. Mini walks helps with joints and aids in proper digestion. And thanks to mini dog walks, our very…

1.What was the turning point for you? Answer: When I felt my belly hanging over my belt, and watch the back rolls get bigger AND bigger. 2. When did you start this journey? Answer: Well over five years ago. It was a struggle between being fit the way society sees being fit, and being fit the way I am. For instance, after…

Getting fit for Comic Con this April 22nd. Not gonna be cosplaying being it's my first time going, and wanna see what it'll look like first. But I bought my FIRST PAIR of skinny jeans and wanna be rockin' in those skinnies with my very own artwork on a T-shirt. ((Avatar: The Last Airbender. Toph's hair is a knotted mess -…

To make you feel better. You could be like me. Even 100 lbs doesn't exist for me. 100 lbs is when I was 10. My brother wore my hand-me-down clothes, I was bigger and taller than my whole family. And as a little girl, I had to stop rough housing with my dad cause I would hurt him. That is how physically big I am. And at…

I was just showing concern cause some parents take things too far with their kids and health. I've walked 12 miles myself as a teen in one day, but it was to my friends house that was 6 miles away, take a break there for a few hours to hang out, then walk back. There's a difference between kids and older kids, and those…

Children? As in kids? Attempting to have kids walk 12 miles? I know I'm misreading something. Can you calrify this last bit please?

I bumped up my weights to 35 lb Hammer Curls. And my second NSV, 35 lb is almost too light now! LOL I remember first starting out when 10 was heavy. Who'd a thought I could do a 20 lb Shoulder Press, and 35 lb Hammer Curls. I can even do a 35 lb with both hands via my Tris.

The reason why I tip toward lifting is the fact, I physically can't run and perform any strenuous activity due to my hereditary disabilities. Equines Deformity and Oesteoarthritis. I've never seen lifting as a gate way until meeting other women who have gotten hurt and couldn't walk nor run, so they took up lifting. And…

I'm coming up to 34 on April 15th, and HAVE NEVER been this fit in my ENTIRE life. Still got a bit extra weight to lose, but I am gaining every else. In my 20s, I was just skinny. No definition anywhere. Now in my mid-thirties, I can lift more now than I could when I was 20. At 20, I couldn't even lift 50 pounds AT ALL.…

Never ever thought the next thing you would be thinking about, and looking forward to doing is exercising. Then getting stressed out if a sudden change of plans kept you from exercising for the day. So you find yourself doing some sort of activity, whether jogging to the car, or running up the steps to have some sort of…

To get friggin 6 hours of sleep. It's hard being an insomniac. No caffeine. No sugar. No sodas. No YouTube. 18-20 hours later, still wide awake. ARGH! I've tried Sleepy Time Tea, which works on and off. So I'm hoping I can squeeze in at least 5 hours of sleep to begin with.

You can add me. My phone has now decided it wants to Tab Crash on the main site. So I'm having issues with invites at the moment.

It's not remembering to exercise. It's experimenting with something you like and doing it. It's like combing your hair, brushing your teeth and putting on makeup. You don't actually have to do it. And some days you feel like not putting on makeup or forget to brush your teeth. But the majority of the time, you're gonna do…

5'7", 162 lbs, medium frame, pear shape. 31" waist, 43&1\2" hips. Body fat percentage last year was 35. Lost weight to 160 and body fat percentage went down 34.8. Then with some more work and a caloric intake of 2,000+ daily, I gained 2 pounds and body fat percentage dropped to 26.6. That's what I call feeding the beast.…

Should have rephrased this some. Directed more towards the people in their healthy range, or close, or below, and yet still think they're fat.

I can't run. So I walk\power walk full incline. What you also got to look at is that incline will be pushing for a higher heart rate. So you'll be burning more by that. Then going 5 days of 30 minutes, say for a month, of high incline and it will really tone the legs. An easier walk is at 3.0. But if you wanna go heavy,…
