I Need Motivation!

So I'm a bit of a recluse and I don't exercise at a gym. I eat fairly well, almost always stay under my goals for the day (sodium and sugar sometimes get out of whack). I make most of my own food from home, but I am just horrible when it comes to either remembering to exercise or getting up the motivation to do so.

I suffer from diagnosed depression and general anxiety and I know that plays a part, but since I transferred from another calorie counting website (it's shutting down in March), I have no pool of support anymore.

I would love to have friends and acquaintances here to motivate me and read up on since I have no friends where I live (anymore) and will be moving to another state in less than six months.

Add me, share your super motivated stories, etc. I love reading success stories and stories of other people who struggle, but who picked themselves up! I need that in my life.

Please, help me stay motivated! I want to go all the way this time, not just half-way! :)

It's not remembering to exercise. It's experimenting with something you like and doing it.
It's like combing your hair, brushing your teeth and putting on makeup. You don't actually have to do it. And some days you feel like not putting on makeup or forget to brush your teeth.
But the majority of the time, you're gonna do it. And MANY times, it's a routine habit.
It's the same with an exercise you enjoy the most. And finding one you enjoy and just doing that one exercise will set you in the right direction for later.
I for one am a fan of cardio. I love getting on the treadmill, putting on my headphones and just zone out. It's relaxing to me.
But since last year, I added weights to my routine. Not exactly a big fan. Still prefer my treadmill. But weights still gotta be done.
I also exercise at home. Including Zumba.

You can add me. My phone has now decided it wants to Tab Crash on the main site. So I'm having issues with invites at the moment.

That's a great way of looking at it! How do you do Zumba at home? Game or an actual program you purchased?

Lol, I never even though of using YouTube. I have a PS4.. I'll have to give it a look. Anything is better than constantly doing the same thing all the time.
