The woosh for me is a visible and pinch thing. I may go for a week or more without seeing any difference or feeling leaner then all of a sudden for like 2-3 days in a row every morning I wake up I can see and feel the thin layer of fat under the skin being less and less. It brings me such great joy... :smiley:

Auto correct from a phone? So you have a buffet coming up? What i would do is not drink my calories, so dont have any sugar soda or juices. Have zero calorie drinks or water. Drink hard liquor if you want to booze. Have a little of everything. Remember that food that has a lot of fat or oil on it will be higher in calories…

I have a tendency to skip breakfast as well. Im not hungry so i dont eat a lot most of the day. Then i eat and snack a lot at night but still stay within my calorie allowance. You just gotta play with it and figure out what you like and/or works best for you.

i have a method of eating that probably differs from others. I eat a large majority of calories inlcuding carbs late at night and it refuels/replenishes my body/glycogen stores while i sleep. Then the next day i eat light throughout the day and then eat a lot at night again. Works for me as long as i stay within my calorie…

Hmmm, well i looked at your log and its seems like you are weighing properly. I did see a quick add and the Dole medium banana are the same size and calories for two different days. It should show you at the top of the app just under calories remaining where it shows your goal calories - food calories + exercise calories = remaining calories. At least it shows my steps from the Fitbit data it receives and calculates my exercise calories from that.
