Hey all, Hi have some cracker recipes for Mature Age Bodybuilders. I have been training for over 30 years and have honed my training/diet to a point where I get results in a week. Great food too. Let me know if you want some recipe suggestions. I'm running on 2800 calories a day with Protein and Carbs the keys. 5 meals and a few snacks. Hit me up if you are interested!

    Yeah, bust them out. I usually eat light throughout the day. Can i eat 4 of the 5 meals at night within a 2 hour time period?
