No kidding! I love working out mid morning, but I rarely get to. When I have a day off, my mid morning workouts rock.

In May of 2014 I weighed 408 lbs. Today I weigh about 190 lbs. The key for me is to track food and exercise, burn more calories than I take in, and exercise a ton.

It hasn't happened in so long, I don't even know what it would be like. I'm not sure I could identify the activity if it were happening to me. When I was much younger, my wife said I was oblivious to it. Maybe she was just being kind to me.
