  • I drink water, chew a piece of gum, have a hard boiled egg or a cup of fresh spinach with some homemade balsamic dressing if I feel hungry between meals. For me, usually the water or gum trick works the best as I'm not usually hungry, but bored.
  • I don't do cheat days, I log everything that goes in my mouth (unless I go to AYCE restaurants, then I log as much as I can remember and guesstimate the rest of the calories and just do a quick add for those).

  • Water weight (in my experience) comes off really fast, so it's probably just that. If you feel lethargic or weak/sick, then I would probably see a doctor. But if you feel fine but are concerned, just keep an eye on it. It'll slow down.
  • So what I've taken from this thread is that pooping at work while being paid is best and caffeine makes most people poop. I've never had any sort of success with caffeine pills. I bought some from the pharmacy next to my old work but they never did anything for me (I was trying to quit drinking energy drinks).

  • This!! Especially when you offer advice or things to try and they tell you "it's too hard". Well then you don't really want to lose the weight, now do you? Also people who aren't fat calling themselves fat just for the compliments they'll undoubtedly receive (my bf is really bad for this one).
  • If I have too much fibre in my diet, it smells like something is burning. I've been told if it smells like that to cut out some fibre (I binged on mini blueberry bran muffins after I had my daughter).
  • I use Scooby's Home Workouts Calorie Calculator to set up my macros and calorie intake. Since I started using that and not MFP, I've been losing weight more steadily.
