I'm finding a hard time too! I drink 2 slimfast shakes a day and have small snacks to keep hunger at bay, then i eat a meal for dinner.

I love my elliptical, its a progear one from Walmart for around $150 and you can feel the workout. On most ellipticals I don't and don't like them. But this cheap one is super awesome

my weight seems harder to lose when I don't drink enough water. It makes 0 sense to me. But if I dont drink at least 8, 8oz cups of water the pounds will not go

Well thank you everyone for the advice. And I might have misunderstood her. I was prolly on a one thought track that day against carbs.

I told her I was worried about getting diabetes and she suggested cutting carbs to avoid getting diabetes.

I haven't been adament about exercise. And don't do it all the time. And my doctor suggested I cut down or count my carbs. But she didn't really explain how to do it.

Diabetes runs in my mom's side of the family. My grandpa and his siblings died from it. My mom has it. And I wouldn't be surprised if my aunt and uncle have it. And my sister was told a couple years ago she was pre diabetic.

No I'm not. But because my mom's side of the family doesn't exercise and has a slow metabolism. I grew up not caring. But I want to prevent it.

Thank you very much! I love running it clears my head and make me happy all day. I would have finished the c25k program but due to my husband work it wound up conflicting with my running. But I started again and I know I can do it. It's just getting there Lol. and I am using this to lose the baby weight

Thank you both. So far I'm in day two of my own plan I made up and running two miles. But it's great and I'm quite excited to keep going. I ran for about a month before, before I had to stop and was really excited to feel the changes my body went through. Now I'm looking forward to that again.

This website, MFP friends and app helps keep me on track better than my real life family and friends do! You will do great on here as long as you are true to yourself.
